Readi-Seal™ Expanded PTFE Joint Sealant is a soft, compressible gasket material made of 100% virgin expanded PTFE. It is a versatile “form-in-place” material that will conform to almost any sealing surface. When compressed, it forms a hard, thin ribbon that fills-in surface irregularities, while creating an extremely tight seal. It has the capacity to withstand a wider variety of chemical environments, temperatures and pressures than any other soft gasketing material.

Readi-Seal™ Expanded PTFE Joint Sealant  can be easily used just about every accessible joint that features a flat or serrated sealing surface where the joining of the surfaces is accomplished through bolt force. With ease of installation and removal without scraping or grinding, it is a highly versatile and cost-effective solution to a wide variety of demanding sealing applications.
